Fort Cox Human Resource Management efforts are geared towards ensuring effective performance of staff while at the same time pursuing strategies for the purpose of retaining its staff in the Institute.


Foreword

FCAFTI Human Resource aspires to develop an engaged workforce that will lead the Institute to the recognizable growth and impactful stature. Furthermore, the Institute' HR section seeks to lead in engendering to a community of HR that will transform the Institute into a Centre of Excellence. Human Resource plans to advance and promote the Institute’s vision, mission and strategic objectives and priorities for the achievement of institutional excellence. In addition, the HR section will accomplish this through implementing innovative HR solutions that will foster a culture of performance excellence, engagement and inclusiveness to attract, develop and retain a diverse and talented workforce. The HR section' functions in the Institute include HR Planning, HR Administration, Training and Development, Labour Relations matters and Wellness programmes
