Fort Cox Agriculture and Forestry Training Institute seeks to employ dynamic and qualified persons for the following vacant positions:

Manager: Facilities Management and Infrastructure Development (Permanent): REF: 21/064/18

Salary: R 444 693 per annum

Minimum Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Business Management/Public management. P. Minimum of 5 years in Facilities management and Infrastructure Development.

3 years supervisory experience. Knowledge of OHSA and relevant legislation. Knowledge of machinery, budget compilation and management. Knowledge of Procument processes.

Communication skills. Knowledge of both Auxiliary and Technical services. Valid driver’s licence code EB

Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to strategically direct and manage the Institute Facilities Management and Infrastructure Development Section,

which includes the provision of effective and efficient Building Maintenance services, Workshop and Mechanical Services, Grounds and garden maintenance services, electrical and Security Services.
