DEPARTMENT GOALS/OBJECTIVES:

We aim to:-
  • Ensure that there is management mechanism for every employee of the college to have an understanding of how he/she can contribute towards attainment of the college’s vision.
  • To ensure that there is a communication process that assists managers to provide a motivating climate that enables employees to develop and achieve high standards of performance.
  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    THE ROLE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT:
  • The Human Resources management is a staff function, with the aim of helping other functional managers apply and utilise the most important production factor, human resources as effectively as possible within the college.
  • The people in an organisation essentially determine how successfully the other means of production will be applied.
  • To establish the belief that the Human Resources of an organisation consist of unique individuals who can make a meaningful impact on the success of the organisation.
  • Establishing how employees and the college can adapt to each other to the advantages of both parties
  • The support by Human Resources manager and other line and staff managers to the expectation of their tasks related to Human Resources and the management of people.
